Randi Raskin Nash
Recognized as an exceptional leader, manager, change agent, and coach, Randi has over 25 years business experience in diverse and progressively expanded leadership and managerial roles. In these complex and demanding positions, held largely at a global financial services firm, she developed significant experience and expertise creating and executing business strategy, managing global operations, leading projects, facilitating change, developing people, building teams, and synthesizing information to deliver outstanding results. Now pursuing her passion for seeing people reach their fullest potential, Randi works as a coach and facilitator, applying her expertise and strengths to help individuals and organizations achieve success in the areas that matter most to them, particularly through times of change.
Randi joined JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) in 1987, after some early substantive experience with a start-up banking software firm, and worked over the next 12 years as an operations manager overseeing critical functions in the firm’s core lines of business, including loan, custody, cash, and foreign exchange. Over and over, Randi was called upon to jump in, stabilize, and lead operations in transition.
Possessing a unique combination of business and people skills, Randi was then asked to transition to JPMC’s HR function, jumping in to facilitate change, this time in a corporate function. Moving from a generalist to a senior project manager in the HR space, she earned a Six Sigma Black Belt certification managing large-scale process improvement projects and was also named HR Service Delivery (HRSD) quality leader following the JPMorgan Chase merger. Randi spent 8 years in HRSD at JPMC, including leading a strategic business management team that drove business infrastructure functions and project initiatives across a global organization during two mergers. Throughout her career, Randi has been recognized as a terrific coach and mentor, and an excellent facilitator and communicator, interests stemming from her early experience as an English major at Tufts University. She is also a graduate of the Smith College Executive Education for Women program; Randi was selected to attend this program while at JPMC in recognition of her strengths as a leader.
Randi earned her certification as a Professional Coach through the International Coach Academy. She combines a diverse and successful business background, including global operations and project management expertise, strategic planning and critical thinking, and career management knowledge, with extensive coaching, communication, and facilitation experience. She brings a unique combination of skills, experience, and “know how” to coaching, providing clients with a thought-provoking, substantive, and practical process to maximize their personal, professional, and organizational potential. Randi knows how to achieve what matters most and wants to help you do the same!
